Improved report access and listing
New-look home page. The navigation pane has been enhanced with clearer report folders and a Search, with the added bonus that you can choose to hide these details if you want more space for viewing reports.
You’ve also the benefit of improvements to the report content pane with the introduction of a more flexible, multi-tabbed format. The list of available reports is displayed on the Reports tab and clicking a report title displays the report on its own tab within the same browser tab, making it easy to move between your active reports and the reporting navigation pane.
Recent reports easy to find. Click a folder to display a category of reports in the new Reports tab. Your reports are now organised more intuitively with any you’ve run today listed first, followed by any you’ve run in the last seven days, and then the remaining reports (listed in alphabetical order).
The report type (Standard or Special) is shown next to each entry, with custom reports now highlighted using the icon.
Search text auto-expands report list. Finding reports is easier with the improved search. The navigation pane search immediately expands the report folders when you start typing, highlighting any reports that match your entered text.
The Report tab search highlights matching text in the listed report titles and descriptions.
More choices for report viewing
Improved report viewer layout. In addition to the new, easy-access report tabs, the report content pane has a cleaner look and feel with more intuitive pagination and report export, as well as an improved filter layout.
Enhanced filter handling. You can choose to display a report’s FILTERS pod at the top or side of the report content using the filter orientation buttons , or, if you want more space for the report, hide the pod by clicking on the arrow or FILTERS.
Choose where you display your report. As well as the option to click the report name and open each report in a new tab within the same browser, you can also click to open each report in its own browser tab if you prefer.
