New-look application banner
Modules displayed as tabs. For easier navigation, the application banner now displays all of the modules you have access to as tabs. Tabs are displayed in alphabetical order by default, but you can reorganise them by dragging them to a new position on the banner. The format is stored against your account and replicated in all subsequent sessions.
If space is restricted and not all tabs can be shown, the number of hidden tabs is indicated in the banner and the tab names are listed for selection on hover over.
Switch language within your current session. It’s now simple to change the language for your session by selecting a new language from the user profile menu in the application banner. Selecting a different language refreshes the current display to reflect your choice.
Automatic scheduling for custom reports
Reports delivered direct to your email inbox. You can now schedule your Reporting module’s custom reports to run automatically. Scheduled reports run at regular intervals in the background, freeing up your computer’s processing power. You can schedule reports to run immediately or periodically, with specific filters defined as parameters and settings like the report format defined.
Once completed, the scheduled report is attached to an email and sent to the address associated with your PATS username.
Access controlled by permissions. You must have the required permission to be able to access Scheduler.
- Icon change for expand/collapse campaign history. The appearance of the Expand/collapse campaign history button used in the Inbox to show/hide all the items for a campaign has been updated.
- Control display of child lines. You can now expand and collapse packages in proposal and order grids, only showing the child details when required.
