Import available for order revisions (digital and print)
More efficient order revision workflow for digital. Updating your larger order revisions has just got easier with the ability to import a revision's line items details in a CSV file.
Click Revise, export your order revision details to Excel, and use its extensive editing features to make your changes. Once you're changes are complete, click Import, browse to your saved file and import the revised details back in to Prisma for Sellers (remember that importing details overwrites the existing data) where your changes are highlighted as usual.
Your imported details are validated to ensure that the data matches the current revision grid format, and once any validation issues are resolved, the revision can be sent to Prisma.
New look and feel for Administration
Improved interface for administrators. To improve our management of the expanding functionality within the Administration module, we’ve redesigned its navigation facilities. You now benefit from an efficient navigation panel in place of the navigation bar and drop-down menu, making it easier to access the available options.
We’ve also standardised various features such as the Add button across the module.
More intuitive workflow. Several existing features have been improved and we’ve added some new ones to streamline your workflow:
- Quick search: focus lists so you can concentrate on the details you’re interested in.
- Pin/unpin: control the appearance of your page by pinning or unpinning the navigation and filter panels.
- Add button: easier to locate in its new position in the toolbar area on the list pane, now standard across the module.
- Filter panel: more flexible in its restyled, pinnable format, standardised across the module.
- Breadcrumb trail: provides additional navigation and highlights which page you are on.
Help more readily available
Dynamic help automatically displayed. You'll now benefit from having help instantly available as the dynamic help panel is automatically displayed on signing in. The panel provides assistance with the most frequently asked questions and key tasks for the current page.
Improvements to training quick links in emails
Quick link format changes. If you receive quick links to training resources in your RFP notification emails, these are now displayed as “Click here” text in place of the full URL previously provided.
Media properties displayed for additional Sales inbox items
Media property details extended to proposals, orders, and revisions. It’s now quicker and easier to see the media properties on your inbox items with this information now available and searchable for all items in your Sales inbox.
PFS live in China
Launch of PFS in China. Prisma for Sellers is now available to sellers in China, expanding Mediaocean’s global coverage. To facilitate this, you’ll now see China and its associated settings as an option throughout the application, and the associated Terms and Conditions are available.
Localise the application. Users can set the application’s language to Chinese (Simplified Chinese), either on the sign in page or from the user profile menu in the application's banner.
Seller organisations in China can have their account configured to use the yuan (CNY) as their operational currency (alternate currencies can also be specified), and the appropriate time zone applied, enabling their users to work with a localised version of the application.
