I use an application that updates the Mediaocean mainframe (for example, DS - Accounting, MX - Media Explorer). When is the system available for me to maintain records, view and request reports and so on?
You have read / write and read only access to Mediaocean at the following times:

*Maintenance lasting for about 30 minutes takes place between 05:00 and 06:30.
You can continue to use some applications when the system isn't available, for example Aura.
With MX - Media Explorer, some aspects of schedule maintenance can be completed offline for non-broadcast media. You can save your changes locally and update the system when it becomes available.
Prisma Reporting has a daily maintenance window from between 05:00 and 06:00.
